Wedding Stationery Terms & Conditions
- Our stationery is handmade and therefore there may be some slight differences in each item, and from any samples shown. This will not have any affect on the overall quality of the finished item.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order to cover the cost of materials. We will notify you when the remaining balance is to be paid. Orders less than £100 to be paid in full.
- Goods will only be despatched when the final balance has been paid. In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for. Any large reductions in quantities will incur a charge of 10% of initial balance for partial cancellation.
- All proofs must be checked thoroughly, signed and returned as soon as possible with any changes marked clearly. We will not be responsible for any mistakes discovered later, once order is completed.
- We cannot be held responsible for gaining any copyright permission required for the use of hymns, poems etc used in the Order of Service. This is for the client’s discretion.
- Once your order is complete we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.
- Delivery by post will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery and charged at cost. Will require a signature on delivery.
- All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Your deposit secures the price of items at the time of ordering.
